Smartex FACT takes into account your day-to-day problems and worries. With the new Notifications feature, you will now receive real-time alerts about what’s happening inside your factory which can result in greater insights and improvements in productivity & control.
Types of Notifications:
⏩ Machine RPM below expectation: Ensure that your team operates each machine at its optimal RPM speed in order to produce more without compromising on quality. ⏰ Machine stopped for longer than expected: Achieve 100% production efficiency by identifying machines that experience longer downtime than expected & monitor machine operator response time. 🛑 Machine is stopping too much: Monitor the yarn quality by identifying the machines that frequently stop & slow down the production.
Set-up your Notifications:
On the Machine Page you can select what types of notifications you would like to receive.
On Your Account Page, you can select how you would like to receive the notifications, by receiving either in your email or directly on the platform.
📈 Overall Equipment Efficiency
Smartex FACT now introduces the Overall Equipment Efficiency (OEE) % calculation on each machine. With a simple hover-over feature, instantly compare today's performance with previous days, empowering you to strategically enhance machine quality & productivity.
